Ironbridge Grill Manager
Year-Round, FT Position
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operation of the Ironbridge Grill, in addition to food and beverage components on the golf course and at the swimming pool. The Grill Manager responsibilities include maintaining and increasing the Grill’s revenue, while also maintaining high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. The Grill Manager will oversee planning and execution of all large events, including rehearsal dinners/weddings and will be integral in ensuring that the food and beverage component of all golf tournaments is executed flawlessly. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role is required. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills with acute financial management skills are required. Ability to work a flexible schedule as required, including evenings and weekends. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary arts preferred.

Courteous and outgoing individuals are needed to help us fill many restaurant positions at Ironbridge this spring, summer, and fall! Restaurant staff members will provide quality service to ensure diners have enjoyable experiences. Beverage cart attendants will deliver and sell food and beverages to golfers playing on the course. Pool attendants will check Members into the Pool, collect appropriate guests fees, and help facilitate/deliver food and beverage orders from the Grill. Staff members will have the opportunity to work large events at the Club, including weddings and golf tournaments. Must be at least 18 years of age.
